I found cutting out dairy helped my sinusitis, Dave, and yes, fresh air & exercise!Yesterday I went hashing, it was a memorial hash for one of our members that had recently passed, and a great day it was, he would’ve been proud, got home late afternoon and opened a nice bottle of wine whilst I chilled out, and what a sleep I had last nightToday just domestic stuff, washing,  cleaning & sorting, collected some water from the fuente, did the lottery, and I won, €2 woo hoo, better than nothing, had a coffee on the way back then chilled out.Take care fellasPuff

I spent a cracking day walking through our local huge park.... the birth place of English rule and site of our original Gov House Bligh did his famous hide under the bed during the Rum Rebellion... home work It was a great day and looking at the football fields took me back to a young tearaway football player 😊😊The fresh did my snozz good also. A heritage is always there to see and a day away from home maintenance is good 👍 Take care fellas 😎

Yes, a quiet Sunday... I had planned on going to the footy, but my painful snozz kept me home instead So a nice session of reading outside then settled in to watch the game.... a cool day Still fascinating to watch climbing plants make their way around the environment Take fellas fellas 😎

Did a small favour for a neighbour/friend not much to speak of.  A much cooler day so having a day off and chilling. More footy for  Dave and I. Have a nice day guys. 😁

Yeah, sinusitis is a bugger.I really don’t have mjuch maintenance any more, so I have to keep busy doing other stuff! Been to Tai Chi this morning, then coffee & a chat, back home I did some tidying up, sorting out, changing things round a bit & general faffing about, then put it all ack as it was…… Yes I know, we’ve all been there! I'm here fellas .. blinding sinus headache be back asapOkay.... a real maintenance week... Changed the screens on two windows and fixed a stuck blind... minor jobs yet very time consuming The app for aids is great, but I updated it only to find it doesn't work now... that's ok as I can set them manually Lots of leaves swept as promised and chill out with my great novelTake care

Did some washing, collected some water and had a mooch around the market, went for a dose of acupuncture, bit of a walk, did some top up shopping then back home for lunch and a chill.Take care fellasPuff

Everyone being active one way or another weather permitting. A hot 38c today but managed to get the shopping done early then chilled for a couple of hours.Had an appointment at Specsavers to collect my new glasses, yes Puff me too 😂😂😂Another game of footy for Dave n me to watch, the weekend starts here. 😁

Sounds like it's all go all round at the moment, not too busy to have a chill though Went out for a coffee first thing, then to collect my new glasses, can see where I’m going now   had a walk along the promenade at my local resort, came home, lunch, read on the balcony for a bit then chill time.Take care fellasPuff

Good on you Vince I've had a busy few days of maintenance For the bug, so change a couple of screens on windows.... what a pain, but had to be done.... spent some quality time in my garden doing some weeding and thinning out.... also some down time with a James Lee Burke novel... brilliant writer fellas.... did some leaf clearing and bird watching at the time ... beautiful creaturesJust finished watching the footy as did young Vince 😄Take care fellas 😎
